ORD-26-900317: Introduce an ordinance to amend Title 30 regulations as previously directed by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) and to bring regulations in alignment with the Nevada Revised Statutes for Legal Nonconforming Lots, Residential Multi-Family 18 (RM18) Standards, Cannabis, Special Event, Light Manufacturing, a correction to the Accessible Space and Access Design requirement and make corrections and clarifications as appropriate, and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
