Introduce an ordinance to amend Title 7, Chapter 7.100 of the Clark County Code to revise the purposes and regulations governing short-term rental units; to amend Title 30, Chapters 30.03 and 30.07, of the Clark County Code to add short-term rentals as a conditional commercial use in certain zoning districts; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing.
