Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the Programmatic Agreement between Clark County, Nevada Housing Division, and the Nevada State Historic Preservation Office regarding the Windsor Park Clearance Project in North Las Vegas, for the purpose of ensuring the Project is implemented in accordance with stipulations associated with a historic property; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to execute any other necessary documents related thereto. (For possible action)
