Conduct a public hearing to receive objections from the public concerning the granting of a telecommunications franchise to Level 3 Communications, LLC to provide telecommunication services in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County; and to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Telecommunications Franchise Agreement between Clark County and Level 3 Communications, LLC to construct, operate and maintain a telecommunications utility system to provide subscription service in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County, Nevada for a term of ten years, with one five-year renewal option; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
