Approve the purchase of land being sold to Clark County by the City of Henderson for one dollar ($1) for ±0.27 acres of vacant land on the corner of Colt Drive and Sausalito Drive, Henderson NV, Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-602-007 (Land); and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any related documents to complete the purchase of the Land.
