Conduct a public hearing to approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Chapter 16.06 of the Clark County Code by incorporating various provisions relating to the temporary closure of public streets or rights-of-way relating to roadway special events; to amend Title 16 of the Clark County Code by adding provisions relating to lane closures relating to right-of-way permits and traffic control plans; to amend Section 30.06.11G of the Clark County Code by adding provisions relating to lane closures relating to right-of-way permits and traffic control plans; to amend the Title 30 Fee Schedule by updating various fee amounts relating to Title 30 applications, updating various fees amounts, related administrative fees relating to right-of-way permits, adding additional fees relating to right-of-way permits, and adding an annual fee adjustment provision; to amend the Off-Site Improvement Bond Estimate Tabulation form by updating various fee amounts; provide for other matters properly relating thereto; or take other action as appropriate.
