Introduce an ordinance to amend Chapter 16.06 of the Clark County Code by incorporating various provisions relating to the temporary closure of public streets or rights-of-way relating to roadway special events; to amend Title 16 of the Clark County Code by adding provisions relating to lane closures relating to right-of-way permits and traffic control plans; to amend Section 30.06.11G of the Clark County Code by adding provisions relating to lane closures relating to right-of-way permits and traffic control plans; to amend the Title 30 Fee Schedule by updating various fee amounts relating to Title 30 applications, updating various fees amounts, related administrative fees relating to right-of-way permits, adding additional fees relating to right-of-way permits, and adding an annual fee adjustment provision; to amend the Off-Site Improvement Bond Estimate Tabulation form by updating various fee amounts; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto; and set a public hearing; or take other action as appropriate.
