Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to sign a mutual termination agreement between Clark County and California Hotel and Casino dba Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall f/k/a Sam’s Town Hotel and Casino to terminate the revocable license and maintenance agreement permitting the construction and maintenance of fence enhancements within the Monson Channel right-of-way, subject to the terms and conditions for termination. (For possible action)
