Conduct a public hearing and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County and the Clark County Defenders Union (CCDU), effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028; and extend the same salary and benefit changes to non-union employees not covered by the CCDU Collective Bargaining Agreement.
