Conduct a public hearing and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County and the District Attorney Investigators Association (DAIA), effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028; and extend the same salary and benefit changes to non-union employees not covered by the DAIA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
