Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (Ken Gilbreth, P.E., Vice President) for additional engineering services and to extend the contract term for the Spring Mountain Road between Rainbow Boulevard and Aldebaran Avenue project.
