Approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution concerning the financing of hospital projects related to the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada; directing the County Clerk to notify the Clark County Debt Management Commission of a proposal to issue Clark County, Nevada, General Obligation (Limited Tax) Hospital Improvement Bonds (Additionally Secured by Gross Pledged Revenues), in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $45,770,000; providing certain details in connection therewith; and providing the effective date.
