Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management and/or her designee to sign the Right of Entry and Temporary Construction Easement (ROE/TCE) between Clark County and Southwest Gas Corporation to access a portion of APNs 139-25-802-002, 139-25-802-004, and 139-25-802-005 known as the Pecos Bonanza Campus in Las Vegas, NV and authorize the Director or her designee to sign any other necessary documents related to management of the ROE/TCE.
