Approve and authorize an Amendment to the FY2025-2029 HUD Consolidated Plan and FY2025-2026 Annual Action Plan for the reallocation of unobligated/de-obligated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement funds, of $2,842,263.99, to the Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services for the development and construction of the Sunrise Park Multi-Use Facility; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to sign any necessary documents related thereto.
