Approve and authorize Lubawy & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Sierra Valuation to perform appraisal services for Assessor's Parcel Number 178-06-202-015 (Joseph Bolognese and Dorothy Wayne Bolognese, Trustees of the 1984 Bolognese Family Trust, dated July 18, 1984), being considered for right-of-way for construction of the Sunset Park Storm Drain between Duck Creek Wash and Eastern Avenue -Phase 1 project; and appoint Matthew Lubawy, MAI, to appraise the parcel.
