Ratify the submission of the FY26 Emergency Operations Center Grant Program (EOCGP) application submitted by the Clark County Fire Department to the Nevada Office of Emergency Management/Homeland Security in the amount of $1,379,316 for the South Site Emergency Operations Center Technology Upgrade Project effective for three years from the date the grant is awarded; authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign award documents as necessary; and accept any funds awarded. (For possible action)
