Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County Water Reclamation District and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1107, for the Non-Supervisory Unit, effective July 21, 2026, through June 30, 2031; and extend the same benefits and salary adjustments to non-union employees not covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit.
