As the Redevelopment Agency, review and approve the Spring Mountain Corridor Improvement Grant Applications; as the Board of County Commissioners, find that the proposed improvements will benefit the redevelopment area or its immediate neighborhood and that no other reasonable means of financing the improvements are available; and authorize the Executive Director or his designee to sign the grant agreements and take other actions necessary for implementation of the program. (Also sitting as the Clark County Board of Commissioners) (For possible action)
