Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the Nevada Attainable Housing Account, requesting $712,539.56 in Local Government Matching Funds for reimbursement of County incentives provided in FY24 for attainable housing development; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to execute any required documents and accept any grant funds awarded.
