Conduct a public hearing, approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Clark County Code Title 2, Chapter 2.70 - Clark County Office of Sports and Special Events, by removing “Farmers’ Markets” and “Holiday Events” from the definition of “Special Events”; by providing an exemption from certain special event requirements for common-interest communities; by eliminating special event fees; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
