Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution to amend and restate the Resolution creating the Justice of the Peace Nominating Committee to Recommend Qualified Nominees to the Board of County Commissioners for Appointment to Vacant Justice of the Peace Offices, adopted on June 16, 2015, to permit the Board to waive the appointment of a Justice of the Peace Nominating Committee, or any procedures set forth by the Resolution, when necessary and appropriate. (For possible action)
