Approve the award of Project 3133 ARACC Restroom Modernization (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to MMC, Inc. (Brady W. Stevens, Secretary/Treasurer), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate. (For possible action)
