Approve and authorize a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Clark County and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) to allow Clark County Department of Public Works access and storage of materials at the NDOT facility located at 2100 Kyle Canyon Road in Mount Charleston and authorize the Director of Public Works to sign MOU; or take other action as appropriate.
