Approve and authorize Clark County Juvenile Justice Services' submission of an application to the Bureau of Justice Assistance, for funds to create and set up a De-escalation and Crisis Response Training Program for Juvenile Detention and Spring Mountain Youth Camp (SMYC); authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to sign all related documents and accept any grant funds awarded; or take other action as appropriate.
