Conduct a public hearing; approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 13, Chapter 4 of the Clark County Code by adding section 13.04.275 relating to the design, operation, maintenance, and commissioning of single lane tunnel systems designated Chapter 42 of the International Fire Code; and providing other matters properly related thereto.
