Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amended and Restated Laughlin Landfill Agreement between Clark County and Republic Dumpco, Inc. (“Republic Services”) for the disposal of solid waste and operation of the Laughlin Landfill to allow for the acceptance of solid waste generated in certain areas other than the Town of Laughlin; establishing a license fee of 5% of gross receipts for out of state waste and an additional 5% of gross receipts for out of state waste for the benefit of the residents of Fort Mohave Valley; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
