Approve and authorize the acceptance of Assembly Bill 4 (AB4) Implementation funding through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in the amount of $400,203 to support implementation of statutory reporting requirements effective January 1, 2026; authorize the LVJC Chief Judge or Court Administrator to sign the grant award acceptance letter and any additional documents related thereto; and authorize the development and implementation of necessary technology, reporting processes, and administrative support required to comply with AB4 provisions, including, without limitation: preparation and submission of reports as required under AB4 to the Board of County Commissioners and the Nevada Legislature; and coordination with county and state stakeholders to support data reporting.
