Approve and authorize Real Property Management (“RPM”) to participate in the Clark County Treasurer Trustee Auction on May 7, 2026 by ratifying RPM’s registration to bid and bidder deposit of $5,000; and authorize the submission of various bid offers in an amount not to exceed $50,000; and authorize the Director of RPM or her designee to sign any documents necessary to complete the transactions.
