Introduce an ordinance to amend Title 22, Chapter 22.16 of the Clark County Code by deleting Chapter 22.16 in its entirety and adopting a new Chapter 22.16 entitled Amusement Ride and People Mover Code which adopts national standards for the design, manufacturing, operations, testing, maintenance, inspections, quality assurance, classification of injuries, adopting other standards and imposing penalties; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto; and set a public hearing.
