Approve and authorize the acceptance of the grant award from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services in the amount of $16,982,322 to fund the Extended Young Adult Support Services Program (EYASSP) for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027; approve and authorize the creation of thirty-one (31) positions: one (1) Family Services Manager (K03), two (2) Family Services Supervisors (C30), twenty-six (26) Family Services Specialists I/II (C27/C28), and two (2) Eligibility Specialists (C24) for the period for which grant funds are available, and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign any additional grant documents related thereto and accept any funds awarded.
