Conduct a public hearing to review the funding award recommendations for the FY 2026-2027 HUD Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds; select projects for inclusion into the FY2026 HUD Annual Action Plan, for a total of $744,845 in FY 2026-2027 ESG program funds, to provide Homelessness Prevention services to individuals and families at risk of entering homelessness, as well as for Homeless Management Information System (HMIS); and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to: (1) accept the grant funds and allocate according to the approved HUD plan, and (2) to execute any necessary documents related thereto.
