Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Participation and Release Form approving Clark County's participation, as a Participating Subdivision in the State of Nevada's settlement in the State's opioid litigation with the following six Remnant Defendants: Associated Pharmacies, Inc (and American Associated Pharmacies), J M Smith Corporation, Morris and Dickson Co., LLC, Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc., North Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, Inc., and United Natural Foods, Inc./Super Valu.
