Introduce an ordinance to amend Clark County Code Title 8, Chapter 8.20 to modify the requirement for a structural barrier separating minors from bar and/or lounge areas in restaurants and taverns by allowing, in lieu of such barrier, a written security plan approved by the department director that effectively prevents minors from entering the bar area; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing.
