Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign District Resolution 26-002, making a finding that no increase in ad valorem tax is anticipated for the payment of the “Clark County Water Reclamation District, Nevada, General Obligation (Limited Tax) Refunding Bonds (Additionally Secured by Pledged Revenues), Series 2026 (the “2026 Bonds”)," in the maximum principal amount of $196,525,000 for the term thereof and requesting the Debt Management Commission convene to approve the finding; or take other action as appropriate. (Sitting as the Clark County Water Reclamation District Board of Trustees) (For possible action)
