Approve and ratify the grant submission by the Clark County Public Works Department for the Fiscal Year 2026 Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Capital Grant through the United States Department of Transportation for the Spring Mountain Road Phase 3 between Decatur Boulevard and Aldebaran Avenue project; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign any grant documents and accept any funds awarded.
