Conduct a public hearing; and approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution Approving the Lease Agreement between public agencies for Clark County Owned Real Property, to lease to Southern Nevada Health District ±303 square feet of office space and existing space sufficient for the Kiosk, located at the Laughlin Community Resource Center, 55 Civic Way, Suites 111, 112, and 120, Laughlin, Nevada 89029; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Interlocal Lease Agreement and any other documents necessary for the management of the Interlocal Lease Agreement. (For possible action)
