Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Clark County Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) for the reimbursement of costs to purchase, license and/or install security cameras, license plate reader cameras and other related hardware and software within Areas 5 and 6 of the Redevelopment Area and authorize the Executive Director or his designee to sign the MOU; and, further, that the Board of County Commissioners consent to the foregoing approval. (Also sitting as the Clark County Board of Commissioners) (For possible action)
