Approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution adopting the Inspiring Spring Mountain Redevelopment Plan as the guiding community-driven policy that celebrates the Las Vegas Chinatown, supports small businesses and re-imagines the area as a shaded, walkable, and sustainable cultural destination for Clark County.
