Conduct a public hearing and approve and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to submit a Substantial Amendment to the FY2022 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); to rescind approval of the 2022 HOME award to Community Development Program Center of Nevada in the amount of $500,000; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to execute any necessary documents related thereto. (For possible action)
