Approve and authorize the award of Project 21003, FWRC Membrane Fittings and Secondaries Blower 1-8 Replacement, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; and authorize the General Manager to sign a contract contingent upon the submission of the required bonds and insurance. Staff recommends award to Sletten Construction of Nevada, Inc. (Tony Ewalt, Vice President); or take other action as appropriate. (For possible action)
