Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to the interlocal contract changing the public entity name from Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy to Nevada Health Authority, Division of Nevada Medicaid for continuance of a reimbursement program for ground ambulance transportation services in accordance with the State of Nevada Medicaid State Plan; or take other action as appropriate.
