Approve and authorize the acquisition by negotiation of a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 162-09-703-014 (2985 LVBS, LLC) needed for construction of the Las Vegas Boulevard between Sunset Road and Sahara Avenue project; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign future escrow instructions and any pertinent documents necessary to complete the acquisition process.
