Approve and Authorize the Chair to appoint five (5) additional members (including one (1) At-Large member, two (2) Representatives and two (2) Alternates) to the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC), for a two-year term, from the list of the following nominees: (One (1) At-Large) Patrina McKinney; (Representing two (2) Town Advisory Boards/Citizens Advisory Councils) Representatives Vernon W. Pollock and James Ortiz; (Two (2) Alternates) Laren Abbott and Lori Houston, and to recognize the appointment of one (1) member to CDAC by a participating city, Diana Ramirez (North Las Vegas).
