Conduct a public hearing; approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance amending Title 24 of the Clark County Code to add Chapter 24.04 Changing the Language from Water, Sewage and Other Utilities to Water, Wastewater and other Utilities and to Establish Certain Requirements and Prohibitions for Clark County Water Reclamation District Infrastructure and Services; and provide for other matters properly related thereto or take other action as appropriate. (Also sitting as the Board of Trustees for the Clark County Water Reclamation District) (For possible action)
