Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Master Wireless Use License Agreement (MLA) between Clark County and CITYSWITCH SWF DEVCO1, LLC, allowing CITYSWITCH to install its wireless communications equipment of streetlight poles to provide telecommunications services; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
