Designate a Chair and Vice Chair of the Clark County Board of County Commissioners; and Designate a Chair and Vice Chair of the Liquor and Gaming License Board; and Designate a President and Vice President of the Board of Directors, Las Vegas Valley Water District; and Designate a Chair and Vice Chair of the following Boards of Trustees: Big Bend Water District, Clark County Water Reclamation District, Kyle Canyon Water District, University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, and the Coyote Springs Water Resources General Improvement District; and Designate a Chair for the following Fire Protection Districts: Moapa Valley Fire Protection District Board of Fire Commissioners and the Mt. Charleston Fire Protection District; and Appoint Commissioners to the following boards and councils: the Clark County School District (CCSD) Technical Advisory Committee, the CCSD Oversight Panel, the Family and Juvenile Justice Services Policy and Fiscal Affairs Board, the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, the Nevada Association of Counties (NACO) Board of Directors, and the Southern Nevada Council of Governments.
