Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a second amendment to the Interlocal Contract between the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP), amended to the Nevada Health Authority, and Clark County for the federally required participation share and administrative costs of the Directed Managed Care Organization Capitated Payment (Directed MCO Payment) program for inpatient and outpatient care.
