Conduct a public auction and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution of Acceptance to Lease Real Property at Public Auction for ± 4,225 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property Assessor's Parcel Numbers 265-00-001-010, 265-00-001-012, 266-00-001-001, 266-00-001-009, 266-00-001-01 and portions of 265-00-001-013, 265-00-001-043, 265-00-002-004, 266-00-0023-002 and 266-00-002-003, located westerly of the Needles Highway and Aha Macav Parkway, Laughlin, Nevada for not less than the appraised value of $1,166,000 annually and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transaction and manage the Option Agreement to Lease Real Property and Lease Agreement.
