Staff recommends award to LLO Inc. dba Acme Electric for Lot 1 and Mc4 Construction for Lot 2; and acceptance of withdrawal of Bid for Lot 1 received from Lime Lighter LED LLC dba Twilight Designs; or take other action as appropriate.
