Discuss and direct the County Manager to develop a policy for the Board's consideration to require a minimum allocation of the additional annual increases in taxes on motor vehicle fuel and various special fuels used in motor vehicles beginning January 1, 2027, authorized by Assembly Bill 530 of the 2025 Regular Session of the Nevada Legislature towards the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Proven Safety Countermeasures.
